Về Các Nhà Hoạt Động Dân Chủ Ôn Hòa Bị Xử Án Khắc Nghiệt
Ngày 5 tháng 4 năm 2018, Nhà Nước CHXHCNVN đã kết án 6 nhà đấu tranh Dân Chủ ôn hòa với những bản án khắc nghiệt khi họ chỉ nêu lên và đòi hỏi những quyền về Dân Sự và Nhân Quyền, là những quyền căn bản của con người đã được ghi trong Hiến Chương LHQ
Danh sách những người bị xử án như sau
- LS Nguyễn Văn Đài, đồng sáng lập hội Anh Em Dân Chủ: bị kết án 15 năm tù giam và 5 năm quản thúc tại gia,
- Mục sư Tin Lành Nguyễn Trung Tôn: 12 năm tù ở, 3 năm quản chế.
- Nhà báo Trương Minh Đức, Phó Chủ tịch Phong trào Lao động Việt Nam: 12 năm tù giam, 3 năm quản chế.
- Ông Nguyễn Bắc Truyển, đồng sáng lập viên: 11 năm tù giam và 3 năm quản chế.
- Bà Lê Thu Hà: 9 năm tù và 2 năm quản thúc tại gia.
- Ông Phạm Văn Trội, đồng sáng lập viên: 7 năm tù và 1 năm quản chế.
Phiên tòa chỉ diễn ra trong vòng một ngày trong sự bao vây của công an không cho người dân và thân nhân tiếp cận.
Thế giới đã đồng loạt lên án vụ xử án này cũng như các vụ xử án trước đây.
Xét Rằng:
1- Tất cả những nhà hoạt động bị kết án kể trên chỉ thực hiện quyền tự do dân chủ một cách ôn hòa, phù hợp tiêu chuẩn quốc tế đã được ghi trong Tuyên Ngôn Quốc Tế Nhân Quyền & Dân Quyền của LHQ.
2- Bản án trong vụ xử này và các vụ xử trước đây là sự vi phạm trắng trợn những quyền căn bản của con người về Nhân Quyền, Dân Quyền và đi ngược với luật pháp quốc tế, và vi phạm ngay chính hiến pháp của nước CHXHCNVN

1- Cực lực phản đối vụ xử án bất công và phi lý đối với 6 nhà hoạt động đấu tranh ôn hòa trên cũng như những vụ xử án tương tự trước đây, Kêu gọi toàn dân trong và ngoài nước hãy đòi quyền tự do căn bản của con người và quyền được xét xử công bằng với nền luật pháp phù hợp với tiêu chuẩn quốc tế
2- Thỉnh cầu chính phủ Hoa Kỳ, Liên Hiệp Quốc và các Quốc Gia dân chủ thế giới mạnh mẽ lên án và can thiệp đòi nhà cầm quyền Việt Nam hủy bỏ các bản án bất công, trái với luật pháp quốc tế nói trên, và đặt nhân quyền là điều kiện tiên quyết trong các cuộc thương thảo quốc tế.

To protest Vietnam’s harsh and ugly sentence handed down to 6 Democracy activists
On April 5, 2018, the Socialist Republic of Vietnam sentenced six peaceful democratic activists to harsh and unjust prison terms for raising consciousness and demanding civil and human rights, the basic personal rights, which Vietnam signed in the UN Charter.
The list of persons who have been tried is as follows:
- Nguyen Van Dai, co-founder of The Democratic Brotherhood, was sentenced to 15 years in prison and five years under house arrest,
- Protestant Pastor Nguyen Trung Ton: 12 years in prison, 3 years of house arrest.
- Journalist Truong Minh Duc, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Labor Movement: 12 years imprisonment, 3 years of house arrest.
- Mr. Nguyen Bac Truyen, co-founder: 11 years in prison and 3 years of house arrest.
- Ms. Le Thu Ha: 9 years imprisonment and 2 years house arrest.
- Pham Van Troi, co-founder: 7 years in prison and 1 year of house arrest.
The trial took place in just a few hours while the police cordoned off the courthouse forbidding people and relatives to attend.
The world has concertedly condemned this trial as well as similar previous trials.
Whereas:
All of the above-mentioned activists have exercised their peaceful democratic rights in a manner consistent with the international standards set forth in the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
2- The verdict in this case and previous cases is a blatant violation of human rights and civil rights, and is contrary to international law and violates the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam’s own constitution.
In light of this unjust verdict, our Association declares:
1. Resolutely protest the unjustified and unjust trial of six peaceful activists, as well as previous similar trials, calling on all people at home and abroad to demand the freedom of speech and human rights, and the right to a fair trial in accordance with international standards.
2. Request the United States Government, the United Nations, and the world democratic states to strongly condemn and intervene and demand that the Vietnamese government revoke the unjust sentence, which is contrary to international law, and placing human rights as a prerequisite in international negotiations.

Pour la Démocratie et les Droits de l'Homme au Vietnam
sur la condamnation de démocrates vietnamiens à des lourdes peines de prison.
Le 5 avril 2018 l'Etat vietnamien a condamné à de lourdes peines de prison six personnes militant pacifiquement en faveur de la démocratie, des droits civils et du respect des Droits de l'Homme au Vietnam.
Il s'agit de six membres de l'Association des Frères et Sœurs pour la Démocratie :
Avocat Nguyen van Dai, cofondateur de l'Association des Frères et Sœurs pour la Démocratie : 15 ans de prison et 5 ans d'assignation à résidence.
Pasteur Nguyen Trung Ton, 12 ans de prison et 3 ans d'assignation à résidence.
Truong Minh Duc, journaliste, vice-président du Mouvement du Travail au Vietnam, 12 ans de prison et 3 ans d'assignation à résidence.
M. Nguyen Bac Truyen, expert juridique, cofondateur de l'Association des Frères et Sœurs pour la Démocratie : 12 ans de prison et 3 ans d'assignation à résidence.
Mme Le Thu Ha, enseignante, 9 ans de prison et 2 ans d'assignation à résidence.
M. Pham van Troi, cofondateur de l'Association des Frères et Sœurs pour la Démocratie : 7 ans de prison et 1 an d'assignation à résidence
Ce procès inique qui se déroulait en un seul jour et à huis clos avec une forte présence des forces de sécurité avait été unanimement dénoncé par les Nations Unies, les gouvernements démocratiques et les organisations de la société civile de par le monde.
Attendu que les militants œuvrant pour la démocratie cités ci-dessus ne font qu'exercer pacifiquement leurs droits civils garantis par la Déclaration Universelle des Droits de l'Homme et que ces sentences prononcées par le tribunal de Hanoi constituent une grave violation de toutes les normes internationales et même de la constitution de la République Socialiste du Vietnam.
Nous protestons vigoureusement contre ce procès inéquitable et irrationnel à l'égard de ces six personnes qui luttent pacifiquement pour les Droits de l'Homme. Nous appelons le peuple vietnamien à l'étranger comme au Vietnam à revendiquer son libre arbitre, sa liberté et ses droits devant la justice.
Nous appelons les Nations Unies, les pays démocratiques dans le monde et le gouvernement des Etats-Unis à dénoncer haut et fort cette condamnation odieuse et contraire à la loi internationale et à poser les Droits de l'Homme comme condition dans toutes les relations avec le Vietnam.
